These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aipilotlicense.com (the "Site") and the Certified AI Pilot ("CAIP") program, operated by Unsubscribe LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the Site or purchasing an examination bundle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
aipilotlicense.com provides an online curriculum and certification examination for the Certified AI Pilot (CAIP) designation. Free accounts receive access to all six curriculum modules and associated study tools. Paid accounts additionally receive examination access and, upon passing, issuance of the CAIP credential.
You may create a free account using your email address. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact email current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Examination bundles are purchased through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy below.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet started the examination. Once an examination sitting has been scheduled and a proctor link issued, no refund is available. To request a refund, contact us at sales@unsubscribe.llc.
The CAIP credential is issued by Unsubscribe LLC and is valid for two years from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to revoke a credential for material breach of the CAIP Code of Conduct, as described in the curriculum. Certification does not constitute a license to practice any regulated profession.
All curriculum content, examination questions, and materials on this Site are the property of Unsubscribe LLC and are protected by copyright. You may use the materials for your personal study only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share examination questions or answers in any form.
The Site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content. Nothing in the curriculum constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unsubscribe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the CAIP program. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Site or by email. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
